Sarah's 1st Trip to the Beach

Sarah and I braved a trip down to the beach earlier in July. I'm not much of a "sand + kid combo" person, but since I don't want to deprive my child the joys of playing at the beach, I sucked it up and headed downtown. She was such a good little girl, especially since she isn't walking yet so she didn't care to venture off the blanket!

The taste of sand didn't seem to bother her!

Although she did get a little closer to the edge of the blanket, she would sit right there and play.

At the end of the day, she sat in Kristy's chair while I packed up. She really enjoyed lounging around in the chair.
