We had a lovely Thanksgiving this year. We spent the whole day together, just the three of us. We started our morning by watching The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. It's my favorite way to start the day. The rest of the day was spent enjoying what we are most thankful for...one another.

Thanksgiving morning marked the much anticipated return of Lucy Snowflake! There wasn't a long span of time over the last 11 months that we didn't talk about Lucy.
Our neighbor surprised us with all the fixings for a Thanksgiving meal! I was shocked!!! I had planned a small meal for just us three. Instead we feasted on a 15 lb turkey...yummy! The day before I taught Sarah how to make corn bread dressing.
