I know I've made a few posts already about Sarah's birthday, but this post is from her actual birthday. It was a beautiful day! After such yucky weather lately, I didn't think we were ever going to have pretty weather again. I couldn't ask for a nicer day than Monday. We spent a few hours at the park playing and having a picnic.
I tried to make her a "Hot Dog" cake for desert that night. I was actually surprised at how well it turned out.
You can only imagine how hard we worked to get her to smile!
She had already been crying when we placed the cake in front of her. We managed to get the crying to stop for a few pictures, then when we started singing "Happy Birthday" to her, the tears flowed big time. Poor baby!
