Cherry-O

I played with Sarah today.  Yesterday at school the teacher told me that toward the end of class that Sarah was teary eyed and missed her mommy.  I knew it was because she was tired combined with a sugary diet of Halloween candy.  She hasn't been sleeping well lately and I sometimes feel like a new mommy.

So today we played.  We played Hi Ho Cherry-O to be exact.  Brother and Sister played too with a little help from the two of us since they are imaginary!  It brought back memories of my sweet Honeybun.  She would play with us forever. 

I love the simplicity of that game.  I often feel the weight of the world on my shoulders, but not today.  Today I played!
