The Six Month Mark

I am good with dates.  I always have been.  It helps considering the work I do.  So today's date, November 4th always sticks in my head.  Even though it's not the day she was born, it is the six month mark.

When she was only six months old, we celebrated!  It was a mile stone that I needed to mark for my own sanity.  The following year, we spent the day at the zoo to celebrate a friend's birthday.  This is one of my favorite pictures of her.


Each year seems to be faster than the one before it.  I'm loving every minute of it.  Today she is a sweet, smart, compassionate little 4 1/2 year old!
