I told Sarah that since she is 4 now, an elf from the north pole would be coming to live with us for the Christmas season. Well on Thanksgiving evening, just as we finshed dinner, I got a call from the North Pole letting me know our elf had arrived! I ran outside to welcome her.
Excited is not a big enough word to describe Sarah that night or any day since. She named her Lucy, but may change to Sophie before long. She can't wait to wake up in the morning to find Lucy's new spot in the house. She walks by her often through out the day throwing hugs and blowing kisses. She even ask me what toy do I want for Christmas so she can tell Lucy!
Welcome Lucy to our home! I'm looking forward to spending many Christmas seasons with you.
